China Folk Culture Village in Shenzhen

The China Folk Culture Village is the tourism logo of Shenzhen. It is the first large-scale folk cultural scenic spot ever built in China. It combines China's folk and ethnic arts, customs, and residential buildings of ethnic groups. Its guideline of construction is "from life, higher than life, discarding the non-essential and selecting the essence." It includes 24 villages of ethnic minorities of China. All the villages are life-size. Folk dances are performed in authentic costumes. China Folk Culture Village reflects the folk cultures of a multi-nationality China.
