Changjiang Bridge in Wuhan

This is the first modern double-decker bridge of steel over the Changjiang River. It has a length of1, 670 meters (bridge proper 1,156meters long) and a height of 80 meters(from the river bottom to the surface of the upper deck which functions as a highway). With its lower deck bearing a double-track railway, the bridge consists of eight piers and nine spans of 128 meters each.
