Rainbow Danxia in Zhangye

Located in Zahngye, Gansu Province, China, Rainbow Danxia in Zhangye is getting very popular recent years due to its stunning color and mountain shapes. However, it is rare to see the foreign visitors here.
There are 2 parts for Zhangye Danxia, one is called Rainbow Danxia which is the well-know, the other one is Bingo Danxia. Rainbow Danxia covering about 10 skm is the main attraction for this site with multi colored clays including red, yellow, orange, green, gray, black etc. to construct incredible visual shock to the visitors. It is easy to travel from the city Zahngye to Rainbow Danxia by car, it takes about 40 minutes. Zhangye is located on the ancient Silk Road, you can take train or bullet train from Lanzhou or Dunhuang to here.
