Luoyang Ancient Art Museum

Luoyang Ancient Art Museum, used to be Luoyang Ancient Tomb Museum, is situated in the north of Luoyan. The museum is a specialized one to display the representative tombs of the successive dynasties. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters including 25 tombs restored and moved here from western Han(206BC-24AD)to northern Song dynasty(960-1127).It is the only ancient tomb museum in China.
There are three parts in the museum including Typical Funeral in the history, Northern Wei Royal Mausoleums and Mural Exhibition. The entrance is free of charge. The museum opens from Tuesday to Sunday, closes on Monday.
