Itinerary
At 8.30 am, your guide will meet you at your centrally located Xian hotel lobby, then take 1-hour car ride to Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. This museum was built on the original site that was discovered in 1974 by some local farmers who were digging a well in the farm, where there are more than 8000 terra cotta warriors here. Each warrior has made with a unique facial character amazingly. You will visit Pit No.1, No.2, and No.3, plus an exhibition hall for the bronze chariots and horses.
Then you will explore the well-preserved site, Banpo Museum. Banpo is a village near Xian where an ancient village ruin was discovered in 1953. The ruin proved this was a matriarchal society lived about 6000 years ago beside the Chan River. The residents lived on fishing, hunting and farming. The big construction was built to preserve the original site.
Afterwards you will be transferred back to your Xian hotel where the wonderful trip concludes.
